still struggling with staying consistent with the app :/ kinda been eating more due to PMS. I will be seeing my doctors a bit more often for other reasons. some regarding my weight, others for heslth issues.
I just finished my college semester and will have 3 weeks off to get back on track a bit. I am going to try to take my dog out for longer walks -- however due to health issues, I may have to shorten it.
I'm hoping I'll get back in the swing of things soon.

I haven't kept up with the app much lately -- mostly because of school. Gotta love how college makes you soooooo busy :D I've connected Samsung Health to this app & I'm trying to walk again. I have a leg injury so it's hard for me to go out on my own, but yesterday I did & I'm hoping to in a little bit. Keep up the great work -- I still scroll through here although I don't always comment or post (:
