This week was good on the side of exercise but very very bad at food choices....went back to 'old ways' :( and I definitely FELT the difference in how I felt AFTER I hate the crappy food! But my workouts were great!!

OKAY....so the past week really didn't go well on the 'eating' side of things. (sigh). I'm supposed to 'weigh in'....but VERY VERY AFRAID too.....

Ok...so after a great week, I went of the wagon today...in a sense. I had wine and pasta....no vegies:( I'll have to workout twice as hard this weekend

OK. So, I'm at my weakest point. I'm reading and studying...which has always, for some reason, meant 'time to snack'. I had an orange....not working....
