Started my Usana RESET today. Does keep me full! Not sure how I'm going to get it all in. Luckily, it's only for 5-days!

My last day before starting Usana tomorrow. Other than tonight's Corned Beef dinner I've done pretty well over the weekend. Looking forward to using the RESET. Just have to figure out how to incorporate it, timing wise, into my daily life. Small steps.....

Starting over on healthy lifestyle! I don't like what I'm seeing in the mirror. Re-signed with Curves and will be using Usana beginning 3/18/13.

Ok, I have to read labels a bit better. Thought I was doing good by mixing turkey and beef together for my chili tonight, but the turkey I bought was higher in fat/calories than the beef! Put the reading glasses on while shopping LOL! Also, skip the pinto beans, too high in sodium...even being 'low sodium'.
