The way I see it....10 lbs isn't alot of weight to lose but better now before its 20...
I want to eat everything just learn portions and control and good choices..
I have been down this road but got sloppy and this is the result.
Also need to make exercise a permanent thing, because that really did affect my belly fat...the goal now is rather than just clock 10000 steps I want to get my heart rate up for at least 15 minutes and keep it there......
