I'm meeting with a nutritionist next Tuesday to figure out a real food plan! This is great news because I have had no idea what I've been doing with diet.
I also found out that for top surgery (a surgery to resculpt my chest to appear male) I need to be at a BMI of 34 or lower. My BMI is currently around 38, and so I'm going to need to lose 30 pounds before July if it want to get the surgery done this year. It's something I've been waiting for forever, and learning about the weight limit has really got me down. But I'm off to crossfit right now, and I'm going to work as hard as I can.
