Ok, so it is day 2 of getting back on the fat smash, I am going hard this time around. as I type, I want something sugary or salty - maybe even both. BUT NOPE.."Not gon happy" in my Nu NU voice from Atl. LOL
My goal this go round is 50 pound.. I will work out in increments of 50 and hoe to reach 50 by dec 2009. I hv to be mid pts my bday spet 18 and a wedding oct 10.. fingers crosses

Ok day 3 of 9
I worked out a lil during my lunch hour. Contemplating doing a 3 a day work out, morning, afternoon and night--well it sounds good..lol

Ok, day 2 on my 2nd go on Fat Smash!
So I did the calculation, I lost 5 pounds in my 1st 9 dat try without working out, and eating so not so fat smash friendly items. So, I have 71 days till my birthday, from my calculations, I can lose 35 pounds by then, of course picking up the cardio. Today I am bloated, typically I fall out my diet regime when I am BUT today is a new day. I have my eyes set on 35 by September.
So lets get it!
