I am pushing 50(but feel 30ish) & have decided its now or never to get in shape & be a healthy weight. All 3 kids are on their own & its time for me to put me first. I work lots & 12hr shift work, so eating properly can be a challenge. Exercise never seems to fit in to my busy schedule - house & yard work are my main activities. I also have some bad habits smoking (may gain more weight if I quit) & beer (which goes really good in the summer weather) I am hoping that joining FatSecret can give me some contacts for ideas on changing my health for the better including weight & good habits. We will see how it goes.
