1st day at the Gym...I've been doing a transition for the last month from Atkins to this diet....the most difficult part to leave are the carbs!...for the last year I honestly wasn't following any diet at all, but I did try to always up the proteing over everything else... butleaving all bad carbs is killing me, the cravings are awful!..anyhow, I'll give it my best shot...I do have to drop some weight and soon, i have a wedding to attend on march, so, let's see how it goes...

Switching jobs made this period quite difficult, I joined a gym near my new job and have been trying to eat healthy overall…not necessarily Atkins geared though.
I’m Happy I lost 6 pounds and it does motivate me to keep going.
At this point I don’t know which diet to follow…eating overall healthy seems to be doing the trick, not necessarily restricting either carbs or fat, bust instead just sticking to healthy fats or carbs….I’ll do some more research and decide soon, as it’s best to walk a well-defined path as opposed to just wander around with no purpose.

Man oh man...it seems like yesterday when I weighted only 180..but it was in fact in 2006...little by little I gained weight thinking it was OK and that I would be able to drop it off at once when I wanted...I already did it once right?..so wrong!
I finally decided enough was enough and stepped in the scale and what a horrific view.
This is it.
i decided I will combine Insanity with Atkins.
I'll let you guys how it goes...I did the fit test yesterday and I'm all sore.
ANyhow...I know how to get it done, I just need the will power and motivation...BRING IT!
