Having a hard time with diabetic medication ~ makes me sick.
Hanging in there hoping when I drop the weight the blood sugars will drop too.
Need to focus more on me and sticking to keeping track and using this site for help.

Getting rid of outside stresses (Big One - catching up on bills)
With that weight lifted off my shoulders, I've gained back focus and energy for the future. Didn't weigh in today yet,, maybe later.

Life is soooo chaotic, have cut down on portions but need to concentrate on taking care of myself and planing a menu instead of just grabbing "healthy" stuff.
Bright side... More salads, no fries, little to no fried foods period : )
Need to check in more often and keep with the program.
