Life is soooo chaotic, have cut down on portions but need to concentrate on taking care of myself and planing a menu instead of just grabbing "healthy" stuff.

Bright side... More salads, no fries, little to no fried foods period : )

Need to check in more often and keep with the program.
277.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 132.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week
