Oh my day 2! I haven't cheated at all.....and there were muffins at work today....oh, those work treats! My will is strong, but boy cutting out the Diet Coke is the hardest on me...headache city! Sugar-free Jello is my new best friend! Day 2 and already very aware that I need more variety....Here's to day 3!
1 c lowest carb pb u can find, 1 c splenda, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla. Bake at 350 for 13 min or until firm. I cool mine off b4 eating them. There kind of crummy but good.

I know it's too soon to weigh already but I feel lighter...hehe! Still the same....even's better than up! I'll take it!
