-Plain Greek Yogurt with fresh blueberries.

-Cottage cheese with a scoop of chocolate protein powder.
Add a tablespoon of almond butter and this is better than ice cream. (almost)

Hard boiled egg whites. (Inexpensive and all protein)
Crack them in half and toss the yolk or give it to the dog as a treat.

Weigh ins...
I check my weight every morning and then look at the weekly average for a trend. My goal for weight loss is 1/2 to 1 lb. per week.

Do you like cottage cheese or does it make you cringe?
I mix cottage cheese with scrambled eggs before cooking them in the morning. Great additional boost and the flavor is wonderful.
