Un día de ser fuerte y mira lo que consigues! Medio kilo menos solo por 700 cal y ejercicio!!! No es tan difícil, puedes conseguir mas días así, no comiste "poco" precisamente ni hiciste grandes sacrificios, lograste negarte al chocolate y el pan, eso es todo. Vuelve a hacerlo.
