Not really done much other than prepare for my half marathon yesterday, now that is out of the way, I can try concentrate a bit more about my gym fitness and see what happens. New weight for today added. I am going to see what this food diary is all about and be honest with myself and fill it in exactly as I have things.. then I can look over where I not do so well and what macro's I am having too much of etc. BE interesting. Here goes.
