I am an active person - work full time and lovin' it, regular exercise, use stand-desk, don't sit very much. In the last several months, I have noted a gradual appearance of small amounts of belly fat, some addition of small fat additions in the upper leg and groin areas. I have also gained approximately 10 pounds over the past year. I am wanting to stop this development and get back down to 195 lbs max.
