I'm 3 Weeks into eating healthy and working out. Doing the biggest loser boot camp DVD and walking on the treadmill for 45 mins, I've lost 5 lbs, and have been feeling ok with myself. I'm kinda at a loss as at why I'm not loosing more weight....could it be I'm gaining more muscle? Or should I try something different? Any suggestions, or tips I could try? I stop eating after 6, 6:30 at the latest, I'm in bed by 10, and up around 8:30. I'm eating smaller portions through out the day with snacks between, so I'm eating more....I was kinda hoping for better results. How can I stay motivated?!

Day 6 of working out. Still don't feel that great about myself, but at least i'm sticking to it! Changed my diet also. Hopefully after the 2 week hump I'll start feeling better?....
