Do over part 2
It’s been raining a lot so I’ve had less work. Kat says I am firming up so maybe some of the gain is muscle mass...but not judging by my clothes. There are a lot of snacks and cookies in this house.
I put the challenge board on the fridge, but I don’t have a place to put stickers right now :(
Still doing a good job writing everything down though so at least there is that.

Do over! I think I made it down to 152 before we moved. Exercise consisted of running up and down flights of stairs and moving boxes, but dinner was pizza most nights while we packed up the kitchen. Elizabeth seems slightly interested in restarting with me so I’m gonna pit our the chart back up on the fridge.
I am doing landscaping full time now so we’ll see what happens.

It has been a very stressful month, outside of the challenge, for all of us, I think. I’m changing jobs and helping build a float while dealing with some extra political drama at work. Oof! We gave ourselves permission to redo week 2 of the challenge after two of us went out of town. I really should redo this week as well but I want to be done by Halloween.
I gave myself permission not to write everything down. The point in tracking was to get an idea of average calories but by now I have that. My avg consumption is around 2500/mo. It won’t be hard to bring that down if I cut out sweets.
I am making small progress but I am exercising more than I was and eating more mindfully (certainly eating more veggies).
Small progress is still progress. And when I am working more at landscaping I will start seeing more reward!
Also, Kat showed me how to do pull-up assist workouts without a machine so I may well meet my exercise goal by the end of October!
