Monday....blues....
Today I start my challenge. I need to walk 200 minutes a week....
That should help to shed those pounds....
I will do one hour a day (Monday to Friday)
Hopefully I'll stick to it!??????

Today is my weigh in ......
I'm so proud, my first week I lost 6 pounds.
I need to keep it up....
Weigh-in:
167.6 lb
lost so far:
6.4 lb
still to go:
32.6 lb
Diet followed reasonably well
