I recently quit smoking and I feel great! Only problem is I'm gaining weight and a rapid pace.
I've always been thin and never had to even think about my weight. Now? Its ALL I think about. I have been ramping up the exercise at the gym. I'm trying to go 4x a week and burn 500 calories on the treadmill and am mixing it up with weight lifting.
I admit I have been eating more but in the past 2 weeks or so I have tried to get a better handle on that by writing down what I eat. I'm getting impatient.
I do think about going back to smoking to get the weight off but I really don't want to do that. Being smoke-free feels wonderful.
So..I'm here on this site for help.
