Not doing good on counting calories all of a sudden! Skipped almost a week and bumped up a couple of lbs. Back on it!

Chocolate may be one of the few foods that actually calls to me. I can be quite grumpy if I don't get it. And I'm not really the grumpy sort. 99 times out of 100, I can hold out and abstain or just have 1 or 2 pieces. But when it's that time of the month, look out!! I HAVE to have chocolate. I NEED chocolate and 1 or 2 pieces won't do.
At the same time. . . I ate about 2-3 servings of Hershey Nuggets this evening which amounts to about a 400-600 mistake. That being said, I am still only at about 1575 calories for the day. And I'm about to do a 30 min run. Really, that's not bad. So I say, you must heed the inner monster that needs the chocolate. I think there is a reason women need it. Just build it into your calories and make small mistakes, not big ones.
