Realized yesterday... I haven't been as strict with the diet the last week or so, as I should/need to be (knew that already, that's not the epiphany). What DiNozzo’d me, was the fact that I also hadn't been recording my food/exercise daily lately. I wasn't accounting to anyone everything, and I do mean everything, that was going in my mouth! So while I didn't think it was making any difference, I'm going back to logging every silly little thing, since it isn’t as silly as I thought, and getting back on track!!
