Yesterday was the first day of tracking for a long time. I plan to track for 30 days to get back on track to shed 10 unwanted pounds. It wasn't so bad. Tracking makes it much easier not to cheat. Next week at work I am starting a 'biggest loser' contest and plan on winning. Good luck to everyone on their goals!

Time to get the rest of this weight off. I joined a gym and started going to Boot Camp. Not my favorite thing to do but it hasn't killed me yet and I'm down 1.5 pounds. It's working!
