Day Three- A picture of your thinspiration. What features do you like about this person?
I don’t really have a thinspiration picture…basically any picture of a fit girl motivates me to be like her though :) I also really like to watch videos of parkour, because it just looked like the coolest thing EVER. Go look it up on youtube of google if you don’t know what it is—legit the most amazing thing ever to watch!
Just kidding, THIS is my thinspiration!
Day Four- Your greatest fears about weight loss.
That I’ll get too carried away, and get sick. I don’t know if I’ll get an eating disorder along the way or not—it’s completely random, and no one chooses it.
I also worry that my parents will get mad at me for wanting to loose weight—my mom always says how I’m fine as I am, but I don’t think she understands how losing the weight will make me feel about myself.
Other than those two things, I don’t really have anything else I’m worried about :)
(I missed two or three days I think…I’ll just put up days five and six :) )

Well today i wake up at 7 o'clock (last night slept around 3 o'clock), because I want to have some breakfast. But the canteen where I used to have breakfast is closing due to something that I don't know (I don't read the brochure because it's written in Chinese and I'm too hungry to read it). So I went to a small shop nearby my dormitory and buy a small bao zi, one sausage, and a cup of warm soy milk. After having breakfast, I'm planning to take a nap, but ending with sleep until 13.30. then me and my roommate went to get some lunch and go to swimming.
And today I only drink water! yeaay! hahaha, finally.
Day Two- How tall are you? Do you like your height?
I’m 5’2", a little too short for me, but my roommate only 4'8", so I'm grateful with my height.

So here I am, at Harbin, China, studying Chinese language and learning about life far from my family. After all this time ( thanks to my ex for what he has done and giving me a lot of motivations) I want to lose a lot of weight and impress my family. So I'm joining the 30 day Challenge and fatsecret.com
Day 1: My Stats
Age: 22 (on September)
Start Weight: 185 lbs (84 Kg) a week after I arrived Harbin at 24 Feb'13
Current Weight: 163 lbs (74 Kg)
Weight Lost: 22 lbs (10 Kg)
Goal weight: 110-120 lbs (50-55 Kg)
I'm planning to go home in the end of January 2014, and I've got to lose those weight!

Greetings from Harbin,
I'm studying Chinese language in Harbin, China and it's very hard to prepared meals because i live in dormitory that forbid to had stove, microwave and others. And most of the food in here is very oily and not that healthy (i think). But i won't give up!
