I have always been very conscious of what i eat and have kept in the same weight range for years, between 60 - 66 kilos. But last year I feel down a flight of stairs at work. I am still battling with my head and shoulder injury. So much so that i have stopped my exercise routine, and have gained weight to 77kilos and feel uncomfortable. I have decided today to do something about it. My aim is to get back to 60kilos and start my exercise routine again. Although it will have to be something in the line of a slow workout, nothing that doesn't get my head pounding....and walking is abit difficult in the neighbourhood i live in....does anyone have any suggestion as to what i can do. Gym is abit of an expensive option, so i need to do something at home....

so went off my diet today....had abit of a celebration.....have realized i need to cut back on the carbs in order to loose weight
