All the exercise is starting to pay off, 1x yoga per week and swimming 4.5km per week -YAY and much more aware of eating when I'm not feeling good!

I swam 2.8km yesterday in around an hour as I'm considering entering the Auckland Harbour Crossing on November 13th as another way to help me shed weight and get toned and fit. I've been following the diet pretty closely and when I haven't been I've been moderate like when we went out for a thai dinner I limit carbs so feeling pretty good about everything - yay!

Starting a 3 week diet today called the 'Body Blitz', no carbs, high protein and good fats, no cheese, no sugar or alcohol. I have done it once before and it's all good clean food and leaves me feeling energized while I loose. Coming in to Spring here in New Zealand so even more motivation to do it as I won't be able to hide under winter clothes soon. My goal is too loose about 6kg in 3 weeks. I'll need to keep myself motivated and be organized with my food!
