ive been having issues with my computer and such to keep fully on track with the recording but i think im doing pretty good especially for being 2 weeks into my life change!

bad bad bad day today food wise, GREAT day exercise wise. hardly breaking even. I cant believe I let myself have such little self control.
well better to better tomorrow! I'm definitely doing more on the bike but man it burns. I put the tension band around the seat of the bike and then did reps with my arms as i pedaled- man it burned and left me out of breath I'll have to keep doing this until it doesn't burn too much.
In other notes I took my measurements.

feeling good. over ate last night with a midnight binge and movie with dj. :/ so i woke up and road the stationary bike for 15 minutes, over 3 miles and went from 12-20 miles,

walked 1.3 miles w mom 1/19/11 23mins w. freckles
weighed in thurs 1/20/11 208.5 @work before lunch
goal of 1800 calories or less, lose 20 lbs by April 17 11.
