well well that's no surprise, practically a month with no gym and no control over what i ate, combined with my TOM : back to 77kg. I guess that's not too bad I just need to get back on track, I've had month rest so it shouldn't be too hard :)

day 3 of my cousin being here, i haven't been recording my food or exercise, i haven't been watching my food intake as strictly as i should but I'm not overdoing it and we've been moving around a lot, the pyramids visit on it's own is enough to burn off 10lbs of fat so hopefully it'll even out by the time she leaves and i won't have put on any weight, i doubt I'll be losing any.

I haven't been to the gym in 12 days, how did that happen?!? It started with skipping workouts because of exceptionally tough PMS and MS this month, then a couple of doctor appointments at teh expense of my workout schedule, getting started on asthma and allergy medication and here I am unable to motivate myself to get back to the gym. My cousin is coming to visit after tomorrow and she's staying for 2 weeks, if I don't go to the gym while she's here it will amount to an entire month not doing any significant exercise...combined with probably eating out a lot when she'll be here, oh boy...

I'm attending a wedding reception this evening...I'm a bit weary about the buffet dinner, it's at a fancy hotel so I'm guessing the food will be pretty yummy. I took a piece of whole wheat bread now that way I won't be famished when it's time to eat and hopefully I'll be able to make proper choices. Fingers crossed!
