J'ai modifié ma diète à la hausse, 2000 cal/jour, pour stabiliser mon poids. je suis toujours à 19.8% de gras.

Inthe the lats 3 months, i lost 15 pound. Actually, i'm at 178 and 19.5% bodyfat. My goal is 175, and 12% BF.
