Au cours des 4 derniers mois, j'ai perdu 15 livres. Mon % de gras est toutefois encore à 19.8. Mon objectif étant 175 livres et 12% de gras, je ralenti un peu ma perte de poids en passant de 1700 à 2000 calories/jour, et en modifiant mon plan d'entraînement: 2 séances de musculation et 2 séances de cardio (30 minutes à 80% de ma FCM) par semaine.
