Hi everyone. Here is my workout that I am starting. Mon-Fri.I do these in the morning and in the evening, and each week I will add 5. Because I want to reach my goal of doing 50 each and 60 min run once a day. So good luck to everyone. Namaste'
10 Side planks , 10 min run on the treadmill
10 Russian twists
10 Indian squats
10 Jumping jacks
10 Crunches
10 Push Ups
10 Biceps curls

Greeting Everyone,
I have been on here since 2010 but never took my health seriously and never bothered to keep up with fat secret. Speed up to 2016. I recently had a bday. I'm 39 and I'm soooooo ready to back to the old me. I will be posting my workout on here. I just started today. If you want to join in, please do so. If you have a fitbit add me as your friend and let's get to work. Motivation is given and received.
