Greeting Everyone,
I have been on here since 2010 but never took my health seriously and never bothered to keep up with fat secret. Speed up to 2016. I recently had a bday. I'm 39 and I'm soooooo ready to back to the old me. I will be posting my workout on here. I just started today. If you want to join in, please do so. If you have a fitbit add me as your friend and let's get to work. Motivation is given and received.
