don't know whats going on...weight is up...sugar is out of wack....just been a bad few weeks for me.....sometimes i just want to give up but i keep at it....my day will come when it will all come together.....

I AM SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT THAT "SLEEVE" SURGERY...A FEW PEOPLE I KNOW HAVE HAD IT AND THEY LOOK AWESOME....I HAVE MY PRO'S AND CON'S ABOUT IT...ANY FEEDBACK WOULD HELP.....

finally called the endo doc....my wake up sugars are still high then by lunch they are back to normal.....couldn't figure it out on my own so he gave me a few suggestions to try and said to call him back next week to see if i had any results.....its so frustrating......

was on vacation....did alot of walking and trying to eat healthy...that was hard to do since all we did was go to buffets.......lol
