Mommy of 2 wonderful kids and a wife and an amazing hubby. It's been so hard for me to lose the weight I gained after the delivery of my little boy. (It's not even baby weight anymore, it's more like I over ate through my pregnancy weight) *signs* -_-
I thought I could be as active before I was pregnant but due to my painful bunion, it's been such a hard journey for me mentally and physically.
Consistency is key, and I need to get back to my healthy eating habits and not give in!
13 pounds is my long term goal, 5 pounds within a month is my short term goal!
I must not give into temptation (Thanksgiving is around the corner! Yiks!)
