I'll take it! Same as yesterday - waist 35 ish.
Tonight we have been invited out to dinner - I have saved 10 g of sugar and 800 kcal for that. Of course, I will have to eat at least a bite of a dessert. I have no idea what is on the menu, but of course I will bring wine.

I really wanted a cream puff at my work celebration last night, but did not do it. Too easy to fall into bad habits. I was 35.5 waist this morning and really I think the scale was at 162.5. But here's the thing. It's about how it feels. It feels great. Truly I was hungry when I got home last night - but that was satisfied quickly.
My goal is to be 160 in the next 3 weeks. Seems reasonable - anything more will be just Gravy! and I love Gravy

Yeah - bouncing around a little here. Waist was 35.5 last night. Should be checking in the AM, but I forget.
My clothes are fitting much better and I feel like my legs cross closer. So I think I am still on the right track. Have kept the Kcals around or under 1300. But with my activity I should be continuing to lose.

I remember from nursing school that it takes burning 10K kcals to lose one pound. If that holds true - I think I have this made easy.

Now for the next 3 weeks until my sisters come and we can compare in person! I really want to win.
