So happy! Today I weighed myself and 10 pounds are gone. I also tried on a pair of pants that I bought and had tailored a little over two years ago. They fit much more nicely in the waste as opposed to the last year. Best part though, is that the thighs are not so awfully tight any longer! I've been pretty good about eating and working out so I'm pretty satisfied!

Unfortunately didn't get around to eating lunch. I realized, this skipping meals is regular for me, and I don't like it. Before I was eating whatever junk at irregular intervals. Now that I'm eating healthy, I need to eat a lot more, and regularly. I planned meals for the next week, the fridge is full and I'm under the grocery budget for the week.. Off to make dinner now :) overall, it has been a completely successful day!

Yesterday I was working from 2pm to 9:30. I did not have anything healthy or easy on hand, and could not justify eating so late at night. I suffered this morning, with severe stomach cramps and nausea. I will not be making that mistake again. As I have not had time to visit the grocery, I broke down today and had a "healthy" cup of oatmeal from McDonalds. I got great excersize cleaning a 4bed, 3.5bath house, but need to keep conscious so that I eat enough for how much I'm burning. Today I am cleaning a large 5bed, 4bath. For lunch, I'm thinking another great salad and some cheese and crackers. I will lose this weight in a healthy way! My target areas are arms, thighs, hips, and waist. Measurements today: Arms11 3/4 inches, Natural Waist 30 inches, Hips 36 1/2 inches, Thighs 23 1/2 inches. For thighs, hips, and arms I measured at the fullest point. These body parts are covered in a hanging fat. I want to reduce the fat first, while working minimally at first on muscle tone.

Ok, so I want to reach my target weight by early March. I've got a college reunion on the beach and don't want to be uncomfortable around all of my pretty, skinny, and athletic friends. I'm gonna reduce my calories and up my excersize level at the same time. My goal is to eat food I like, that are more diet friendly, and more importantly, portion friendly. Started today with a Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake. Not my favorite. I'm throwing out the last little bit of it. It is important that I eat breakfast, as I never do, and that leads to bad cravings.
