Getting to the gym quite a few nights now, and recently I have seen a drop in my weight, the first time in around 8 Months, quite staggering, as I had been going running every lunchtime, but I was eating quite a lot.

I have cut out bread on a few days and try to eat meals without it (Unless I have a sandwich of course!)

I am monitoring the calories as best I can, and this site and Android software is a great visual aid to achieving this.

As a consequence, I am eating near to 1800 cals daily BUT also hitting the gym with 20+ minutes of treadmill running and Weight Training.

I think my 70Kg target is now within reach, whereas before I just could not shift weight from 83Kgs. Its all seemed to happen sooo quickly!

Im trying to also eat everything before 8pm then hit the gym!

I usually round off with a low fat yoghurt afterwards for a treat around 10pm
