I am a 39 year old mother of two teens a son 18 and a beautiful daughter 16. I am currently employed as a home health care aide, but am attending college for my nursing degree. I have very little extra time on my hands and there is always snacks around my home as my daughter and son are able to eat whatever and never get a pound of fat. I enjoy jogging and walking in the country. This is not like exercise to me because I love it so I even do it in the rain. I have done the P90X and lost but as soon as I quit my weight poured right back. This is my lifestyle change not a diet plan. I am loving this site.
