I stalled for a while, and fluctuated, but finally just before giving up the scales moved.

Translated a new recipe:
Tomato/Mozzarella Omelet
125 g mozarella light
5 g chili powder
3 medium egg
1 medium tomato
1 tsp ground oregano
1 dash pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
Directions
Eggs, salt, pepper, oregano and paprika Whisk.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces and the mozzarella into slices.
Heat oil in a pan and add the whisked egg into the pan.
Once the omelet is slightly tight bottom, spread tomatoes and then place the mozzarella.
Is close pan with lid and cook until run until the cheese melts. Here are usually 5 minutes at medium heat sufficiently.
