Can constipation ruin your weigh in? I haven't used the bathroom in three days. I'm worried. I think I should take a fiber tablet before my weigh in. My anti-depressants side effects are annoying.

So for a year now I've been taking this depression pills called Doxepin/Sinequan. I gain 45 pounds which was contributed by my excessive eating habit. But the pills also have side effects that include drowsiness, dizziness, tiredness, dry mouth, blurred vision, ringing in your ears, nausea, vomiting, constipation, weight gain, sweating, breast swelling (in men or women), decreased sex drive, and/or trouble urinating.
I have had most of those symptoms and now I'm considering to stop the pills. I am losing weigh very slowly. I usually have no problem losing weight fast but lately is like I'm not losing more than a pound a week and I workout a lot. Plus my calorie intake is below 1700. I think the pills are part of my weight problem. But I'm scare my depression can come back worse if stop the pills. But then again most of my depression comes from my low self esteem due to my weight. I can't make a decision yet.

So today I woke up sore all over. I did a lot of resistance and weights yesterday. Walked over 3 hours throughout the day. Gladly today I notice my thighs were tighter and my cellulite diminished a lot. I'm wearing work pants and they fit me loose now. I love to see these small changes. Already one person notice I'm losing the weight. These changes motivate me. I'm excited to see my weigh in report on Saturday.

Today I had motivation and commitment on my mind. I almost slipped once. I purchase a lasagna and I did craved it but then after buying it I gave it to co-worker. I wanted to avoid the unnecessary carbs and calories it has. Also one of my -coworkers brought donuts to share with everyone and I past right by I and didn't budge. I didn't think of it or obsessed on having one like I would usually do. Today I felt powerful. I felt committed. Food didn't control me, I controlled it. I'm happy with myself today. Plus came home an hour early and decided to workout.

This picture is from 2014 when I lost 35 in three months on Atkins. I want to see myself back to that 140-150 lbs weight again. This time around I'm going try low calorie diet for a couple of weeks.
