On one hand, tracking food with this site helps becuase I'm made more aware of everything that I eat- each and every morsel.

On the other, I've found myself obsessing. Justifing. Reasoning. In short, I found myself picking up some bad habits that I had in high school where I weighed 90 pounds on my 5'3 frame and exercised for about 3 hours a night every night.

While I haven't gone to the extremes I went to in high school thus far, I have seen a disturbing return of some habits. I've taken a break and thankfully I didn't gain back what I had lost. I am needing to recommit myself and be accountable to having healthy eating habits and a strong excercise program that isn't over the top.

I'm doing the South Beach diet and am going to shoot for a half hour a day of some form of light exercise, such as walking.
