Best time to take Vitamins & Supplements?
It might be the vitamin you're taking. I realized that one type of vitamin makes me nauseous about 2 hours after I take it so I switched to a different brand and now I don't have the nauseous.

And I don't think that the time you take the supplemetns really matters. I haven't heard that it does anyway.

Who is following your own healthy lifestyle plan?
I've tried fad diets like many on this thread, but none worked for long term success. I'd lose the weight while on the diet but as soon as I was off the diet, it'd come right back. I'm focusing on eating healthier while not depriving myself of things that I crave. If I crave something but deny myself, I will eventually go eat a bunch of it and that's just not healthy. So here's to all of us who are going it "alone": We can do it our own way on our own time!

What is some really Great SKIN CARE ANY ONE PLEASE
I use Oil of Olay body lotion "quench" I think it's great and it leaves a bit of sparkle on your skin in bright light (hard to see but it's there) If you're looking for a face moisturizer, try Dove for dry skin for face. Gives 15 SPF as well as moisturizes.
