Did 3 mile walk with the Leslie Sansone video yesterday and will make time to do something today. Proud I did not snack after supper last night. Only had a cup of tea.

Oh, getting closer to my goal. Yippeeeee! I refrained from snacking after supper everyday this past week & reduced my alcohol intake.
