glad I'm losing weight again. Had a jaw operation to break it and move it into place so lived off nesquik chocolate milkshakes and drip feed food for about 3 days, then progressed to mountains of icecream and yoghurt, and was able to get some quorn steak and pizza for last night and today, think it's just the fact of how much bread I'm not eating now that is doing this, keeps me happy though!

just did a couple exercise videos on fitnessblender, they're really great, don't love the amount of jumping though, anyone got any good home exercise reccomendations?
still feel crap for putting on the 10 pounds I lost from last august to october!

looking back at my old food diary entries of 500-700 calories a day, I can't see how I kept it up for so many months, I really missed the luxuries, it's so much easier dieting when you're not home for lunch, bought some lettuce and blueberries though so i'm going to be healthier this week! start preparing a heathy lunch and cut the carbs!
