I eat very little and moderately but i do drink alot every night.
So i guess that its the high sugar content that I had everynight and that will also causes low metalbolism rate. With a moderately fair exercise, I am still gaining weight and thats proven that alcohol does not benefits us at all and it will causes unknowingly weight gaining!

I used to drink alot everyday but now i've cut down alot on my drinks as it has alot of sugar contents and high in calories. I can drink a whole bottle of white/red wine and 4 big bottles of beer or stout.
So now, I've really cut down alot on my drinks and the food intake I have daily. Though it is very tough for me as I am a super food lover. I love seafood and lots of sambal chilli which is very oily. Asian foods are very oily, high in calories, high in carbohydrates and sweet stuffs.
I feel much lighter and smaller when I just started this diet which is taught by my colleague Aaronn whom is a body builder and watch his daily diet intake very strictly.
Keep it up! I can survive!!
