I should've written a journal yesterday, but doesn't hurt at all that I didn't. Went to the gym on Monday, did leg exercises. Didn't go to the gym on Tuesday, but did about 30-35(probably more, I lost track of the time)minutes of walking. Sometimes it takes that walk back (when you either don't have the money for public transportation, or have the money, but the public transportation isn't coming) to help you understand
how good of an exercise it is. Controlled portions those 2 days, but not
as well as I did today. Did a better job cutting the carbs and increasing the protein.

Hit the gym today for about an hour and did back exercises. Reaaaaal
workout. Sweat pouring. So I figure I'll take tomorrow off, then come
back to the beautifully empty gym on Friday and do chest exercises. off
Saturday(though I generally like exercising on Saturday), then back Sunday
for the shoulders.
