Tuesday did good until we went to dinner at the Outback and it was not worth the extra calories. Today, I missed breakfast and did not eat dinner due to the 1/2 inch sub sandwinch, no mayo. No exercise today. Got home late. Make-up extra exercise tommorrow.

Okay, I know I can do this. I know I can stick to a weight monitoring plan and exercise. I have given myself a motto:
THIS IS IT!
and starting tommorrow, I am going to make a 100 percent improvement on my food choices and exercise faithfully everyday.
