I was thin, weighing 110 lbs until I had my first child when my weight ballooned to 170 lbs. About 3 years later I was back to 110 lbs. Over the course of years with a husband, working and a second child my weigh went up again and I never got back on track again.
Now I am retired almost one year and have time to concentrate more on my fitness. I was an active member of Weight Watchers for 3 years; had plateaus and successes and am now trying the plan on my own. Using the Weight Watchers Plan has helped me to contol what and how much I eat but, I am pretty sure I have not been fully committed. I am hoping with Fatsecret I will meet many friends and we can encourage each other and share ideas. I live in the USA in Tennessee, (you know we like to eat real good here), so dieting is a challenge.
I know the only thing standing between me and my weight loss is ME.
