So I finally reset my password! I have been using another account on my phone but now since I've reset my password, I can get back to this account with my friends.

I restarted Atkins the week following Christmas but I have been doing it slightly different...on the advice and scientific facts/studies from the 1930's and 2000's, I was told to increase my protein while not trying to consume as much fat. My weight loss is the slowest that it's ever been. So here I am, doing what I know what works.

Yesterday I used as a cheat day and ate Little Cesars pizza with my family and had some candy. Today i'm back on the wagon in full force. Here's to my high fat, moderate protein and low carb way of eating. It's great to be back!

I big get for 6 days and undid all of my losses of the month. sugar and carbs are real b's. totally restarted today. I'm disappointed but I guess this is life. I do have to say though that my tongue is like sore from all of the sugar I ate yesterday and throughout the weekend! sugar is so bad for you but I'll be damned if it doesn't taste good :-/
a few more weeks until school starts for the kids and I'm hoping to start working out at the gym!

A loss even after we spent the weekend with hubby in Ohio. I didn't indulge once on our mini vacay. yay!!

super happy today!! :-) I'm pretty strict with the carb count...lately I haven't felt like eating much...ate some beef jerry for dinner last night ND that was it. just not hungry for some reason. but aim happy !
