Over sugar now, hubby had ice cream and the smell alone put me off. I have been counting carbs and have stuck to under 40grams per day. Looking at all the lables now when shopping for food, and am amazed how many items are over the limit. Best to stick to vegetables and protein, Have a slice of bread (normally health type bread with seeds or ciabatta (17.0gram per 34gram slice))when I am totally desperate. Drink lots of water, some days I still struggle with water. Cannot believe that I have gone three weeks and managed to lose 6kilos, hoping to make it 7 soon.

have not had sugar since I started and feel I am over sugar, for some reason I tend to battle drinking water.
Must try drinking more water as I was instructed by the doctor to drink 3 litres.

I have given up sugar and have tried to drink 3 litres a day. Also have been doing exercise daily
