Just did my weekly weigh in - am the same as last week which given that it was my birthday week and so I had 3 meals out and some puddings is actually pretty cool - this week I shall be avoiding sweets so hopefully I should shed some more tummy!

Made sausage frittata for first time inspired by recipe from this site - got timings a bit wrong - egg slightly undercooked but still tasty and was perfect with reheating - definitely delicious recipe but quite calorific/ fatty and not necessarily all that filling - will definitely want to make again (its a far healthier alternative to toad in the hole) but will probably want to watch out before having it too often as I have definitely been exceeding target weight!

This is the first time I actually weighed myself on this site - yesterday's guesstimate weight probably a bit higher than reality - probably did not lose that much over one day lol

So I just found this place online while searching for the calorie count of various foods but it seems worth a try :) I am not very organised so I think keeping a record of what I eat could be helpful in tracking my progress and working out my less obvious weaknesses (
shockingly
chocolate and ice cream and cheesecake etc are known to me! buuuuut the shame factor of listing the bastards might also prove useful!) I am not after radical weight loss - just half a stone or so as I have already improved my diet/lifestyle quite a lot in the last few weeks - hopefully this will prove useful in maintaining it, losing the last couple of pounds and toning myself up!
